“I had the absolute worst experience at this salon. I have been to this salon before, several times over the years. Last time I got a manicure they ground off the polish so that my nails were thin and bending. When I went back I pointed it out and she said she could put something on the nail to strengthen it but it would cost me extra. The stylist used the wrong polish - not the color I chose and then wanted to paint the lighter color over the darker color to correct it so the nails and toes would not end up matching. I declined. I asked them to not be square shaped that she had done without asking, she did not change the shape and I had to ask again to correct it. She rushed through the manicure, was sloppy, answered phones and staff questions the entire time while doing my nails. When I disputed the charges and asked for a discount she refused and argued with me, when I pushed back she was rude and told ME she had never had a customer like ME. When I was checking out Tracy was trying to grab my card from me to run it and then when I did swipe the card she signed the signature pad for me. This is totally illegal and I had to clear it to sign my own signature. I went in to do something nice and relaxing for myself on my day off as I am here visiting my dying mother and I wanted to treat myself. I left sobbing and paid $133 for a color that is too dark and I did not choose. My nails are now in the worst condition they have ever been in. Truly a horrible experience and not at all professional.”

“I used to go here years ago-thought I’d give them another try. Very disappointed in my experience. The tech kept pushing the shellac pedi when all I wanted was a regular pedi! The polish lasted barely a week (normally my polish lasts for weeks). Probably because they watered the polish down while using. I won’t be back.”
