  “As this being my first time at this salon, Tracy really worked with me on the design I wanted I had so many inspiration ideas and she was able to execute exactly what I wanted even when I kept changing my mind she worked with me and was patient. I would definitely come here again. There is a cash price and a card price. It was 158.00 when i paid with card it ended up being 162.00. It’s probably to offset the cost of using card.   “Let me start by saying this business is extremely unprofessional. They do not have set prices and seem to charge based on how they feel that day. I’ve been coming to this nail salon for almost a year and have had my nails done numerous times. Each visit, I’ve noticed the price for a short French fill-in steadily increasing without explanation. At first, I was paying $60 — fine. Then it went up to $65 — okay. Suddenly, it became $70. Today, I was told the price was $75 for the exact same short French acrylic set. I didn’t get my nails cut down or request any extras. They were simply filed down to the same short length as always. When I questioned the manager — who is supposedly named “Q” — about the price, I even pointed to the pricing chart displayed in the salon. He told me the prices are “subject to change” and that there’s a “plus” added on. I said okay, but explained that what I was being charged still didn’t match what was listed. Instead of offering a clear breakdown or explanation, he became defensive and dismissive. He spoke to me in an unprofessional and disrespectful tone, refusing to provide clarity or accountability. I told him directly — all I’m asking for is consistency and communication. This level of confusion and attitude is unacceptable. Let me be clear: the issue isn’t even that the price was $75. It’s the fact that the price continues to increase each time with no warning or explanation. A short French acrylic fill-in is not worth $75, especially when the service and customer care are lacking. To protect myself and document the situation, I took pictures of the price list, as well as the manager and the receptionists involved — all of whom are behaving dishonestly. At that point, he told me I “should be blacklisted” simply because I was pointing out the inconsistency and calling out what felt like blatant price manipulation. That’s not just unprofessional — it’s unethical. This kind of treatment shows a complete lack of respect for customers. I will not be returning, and I strongly advise others to think twice before doing business with people who lack integrity, transparency, and basic customer service skills. Oh and on top of that the sloppy back receptionist swiped my card without consent. While I was discussing the transaction. This business also doesn’t offer receipts.”
