  “I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Great Nails. I came in asking for a simple two-color nail design and instead was met with unprofessional service from the start. The technician who did my full set did not properly glue my natural nail to the tip. I noticed my nail was lifting and pointed it out, but he ignored my concerns and continued applying acrylic over a lifted nail, leaving a visible gap between my real nail and the acrylic. This is not only poor quality but also a potential hygiene and safety issue. I repeatedly asked for it to be fixed, and it wasn’t addressed until I was nearly in tears. When he finally removed it and redid the nail, he then refused to properly shape my nails. The final result was thick, bulky, and shapeless. Another staff member tried to help, but the nails still looked overly thick and poorly done. To make matters worse, I was originally quoted $55 and told there would be a discount, yet somehow I ended up paying $60 for nails I’m unhappy with. I left feeling unheard and overcharged. I am requesting a refund because the service I received did not meet basic professional standards. I hope the salon takes customer concerns more seriously in the future.”

  “The pedicure was amazing, the nail tech was amateur at best.. The nails weren't shaped the same, the polka dots not symmetrical.. I won't return to this place!”

  “I’m never coming here again , they are very over priced . The work doesn’t equal up to what you are paying . They did a horrible job on my pedicure to the point that the young lady that was originally doing the pedicure I had to ask her to stop and get someone else because she was being sloppy and acting like she was tired smh . Just a waste of time the pedicure didn’t even last 2 weeks before the gel polish started chipping . I felt cheated that day for the price I paid it just wasn’t worth it. You have been warned, go there at your own risk .”

  “Positive: I was a walk in pedicure and was directed straight to the chair for my pedicure. I LOVE the design on my toe! Total time was less than an hour. Had snacks and drinks. Surprises: The basic pedicure doesn't come with hot towel while other shops I go to have it included in the basic.”

  “My first time going here, Atmosphere comfortable and clean. Zero wait time due to the fact that they had vamped up the amount of technicians for a Saturday (smart). I will be going back.”
