“I was going to Stella’s for a couple of years, but after a while I started noticing bumps on my head. At first I thought it was an anomaly, but the more I thought about it, the more I realized…I’ve never seen Stella clean or disinfect any cutting tools that she used on me. So I stopped going there and the bumps went away. Stella is a nice person, and has relatively good prices compared to other barbershops in Ellicott City. But proper hygiene practices are lacking.”
