  “The owner and staff probably won’t even care about this review, but this experience was so shocking that I felt compelled to share it. We brought our child in for a simple $12 haircut—a basic buzz cut with no styling. After the haircut, we left a tip. Instead of thanking us, the owner and other elderly employees confronted us in front of other customer and questioned the amount we tipped. They asked what anyone could buy with a $2–3 tip and proceeded to lecture us, insisting that customers should leave at least a $5 tip for hard work. To avoid any misunderstanding, we politely apologized and even offered to pay more. Surprisingly, they refused to accept it and told us never to come back. In all my years, I have never been publicly criticized or humiliated for leaving a tip. The entire situation was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary.”

  “If you want even a decent haircut, this is not the place. Honestly, you’re better off cutting your own hair with no mirror. I came in right before a two-month trip to Afghanistan, and my cut took barely four minutes. The barbers were distracted and talking to each other the entire time. They charged me extra for a mustache shape-up that was so terrible I had to go home and shave it completely off. They completely missed patches of hair in the front, and I had to have my older brother fix the back of my head. Even after a shower, it looked awful. To make matters worse, they had the nerve to demand a tip at the end. I was using a $100 bill from my dad and had to bring back the exact change, but even if it was my own money, there is absolutely no way I would tip for a service this bad. Save your money and go anywhere else.”

  “I was looking for a barbershop in the area and i tried this place the first time and i would say i am impressed its they have a fast and good service and they listened to the hairstyle i wanted ill definitely comeback at this shop again.”

  “I bring my husband who is in a wheelchair. Staff is very nice and accommodating . Beard trim and haircut for $18.00. Highly recommended.”

  “Never going to this store again .Very bad barber shop. Poor customer service. Don't fall for cheap price. Cheap means you will received bad quality. They don't give time for customer to get even hair cut. They cut my son hair only 5 minutes …”

  “They didnt do a good job with my hair and beard… i have to retrim the areas they forgot to trim at home. My wife thinks i did a better job than them. Yes the price is cheaper than any other barber shops but expect the service to be like that too.”
