  “They change the prices based on your body size and treat customers differently. READ: I went in for a manicure and gel. They charged me $40. I asked, why so high? They said $15 extra for gel. I made an appointment to go back for a pedicure and to get my son a manicure. Went back 5 days later for my appointment. We walked in, I told them what we were there for. The same nail tech, did my son's manicure while I sat and wait for my pedicure. I was denied the pedicure. I went to pay for my son and they said $30 for the same manicure. I asked why they charged me more the other day and they said, oh because you are bigger. That's a 1st! Then I asked why the other techs didn't do my pedicure and they said, come back later. While 2 other techs are sitting in the pedicure chairs on the phone. No more for me.”

  “Went twice, i figured I’d give them a second chance. Same nail tech went to pull off my acrylics off my nail. Had to tell her to soak my nails and not tear them off? Like when was that a thing… my nails were $75. Should’ve done them at home”

  “We always go to CiCi nails. They are welcoming and they talk to you the whole time you are there. They also offer beverages and snacks for you and children. Vicki always does my daughter's nails and we are always satisfied. We drive about 45 minutes to see her. Oh, and the nails usually look good for about 3 weeks with the gel nail. Can be expensive, usually we pay around 60.”

  “I only go to Ci Ci’s for designs. I don’t like how they apply nail tips. They usually break within a week. I usually allow the young guy to do my designs he is awesome.”
