  “This doesn't deserve one star. The owner is very rude. When I walked in there was a box of nail polishes. On the box in bold red letters was 0.99 20% . So I grabbed one put it the counter till for later.i then went to see the prices for there hair clippers. As I purchased the polish I gave the lady 5 dollars. When she gave me my change I said to her I gave you a five dollar bill. She told me it was 4.99. I told i didn't want it because I thought it was 0.99 cents.. This is when this man I'm assuming is the owner came running up to me yelling can't you can't get money back you get credit. I told him I didn't want credit because the polish was in the box that said 99 cents. He wouldn't stop screaming at me. I was getting scared he was bullying me to get credit. He said I couldn't read. So I showed him the box. If it wasn't for God. It was crazy.. I was really scared. I did get my money back only because the registers couldn't give me credit like he wanted. Then he yelling at me to never come back. I left in disbelief. Then something inside me told me to go back and take a picture of the box of nail polish. I turn around walk to the front and surprise the box was gone. And see him looking so angry. I say oh so you moved the box because I was right. Now I've been in that store before this and yes he was rude. I asked he could show me wear the body oil is .He said rudely Over there. I couldn't find it so I asked a young lady behind the register if she could show me and she did. This man is evil He should be boycott!!! Before someone gets seriously hurt”

  “I love this beauty supply store more than wigs now. They offer 20% off just like wigs but everything is in the same building and is not hard to look through.”

  “They were trying to charge me $12.85 for a 12-pack of cold wave rods. The young lady wasn’t trying to hear me as a customer. These were the smallest ones (red). Every other rod size price was $1.49. Girl, there cannot be that much of a difference whether they are Diane’s or Annie’s. They asked me to leave…so I left. I will not be back‼️ I refuse to shop anywhere that doesn’t value my $$$. Can we please get some black owned beauty shops in our area…so over Asian shops. Have never felt so disrespected in my life. UPDATE: got the the small cold wave rods (red) at another beauty supply shop at the price they should have been at My Beauty which was $1.49. I’ve worked retail…the SKU number had to be incorrect for it to ring up for $12.85. At any rate, that was an instance where the customer, me, was right and the business wasn’t. Guard your coins ladies‼️”

  “The owner will follow you around the store with a gun on his hip and make you feel uncomfortable the whole time you’re shopping. The one black person they got up the front always got an attitude. Bad business”

  “visit this location because I live 45 minutes away but was looking for particular brand of hair. Female put me on hold yes we have the hair. Liar!!! one thing I don't like is people assuming your going to steal”

  “My go to store. Wigs are always reasonably discounted. I witnessed one of the African american employees being loudly fussed at and embarrassed in front of many customers for ringing an item incorrect. That was very unprofessional. Below is one of the wigs I purchases there. Bodywave 22 inch Color 2”
