  “Please beware of this discriminating salon. This is probably the most discriminating experience I have ever gone thru. I scheduled an appointment 1 month in advance for a gel manicure and pedicure. This was my 3rd time visiting this salon and I was SO excited for Judy (the owner) to do my nails for my upcoming Disney trip. After an hour of having my nails prepped (she took another client while this was. Happening) she told me I was “too ocd and won’t take clients like me” and could no longer do my nails. To understand the situation from my point of view- I had a gel manicure appointment and gel pedicure appointment scheduled. I arrived at 855 AM for a 9AM appointment. I kindly explained to the owners husband that I could not do both appointments due to my back issues in currently experiencing. He seems annoyed but understood. A gentleman then came and started to prep my nails. Judy, the owner, arrived at 910 AM and had another client waiting for a fix. While my nails were being prepped and ready/ Judy took the client to fix her nails. My prep of my nails took about 45 minutes. During this process I was analyzing the length of my nails. I had a design I was excited to try. The man prepping my nails abruptly stopped and Judy told me while she was doing the other clients nails that he had to stop bc I was looking at my nails took much and annoying him. I was extremely kind to Judy and complimented her outfit, her work (her designs are incredible) and showed her a photo of my Disney nails I wanted to do. I asked her suggestions about colors and showed her different things I struggle with being indecisive and I could tell she was getting annoyed with me. She then went back to the other client and finished her nails. At 10am (an hour later) she walked over to me and told me she could no longer do my nails. She said “you are too OCD for this salon and we don’t want a customer like you. I have my next customer waiting for me now and we can’t take you” Not sure how she didn’t have time being that I was early for my 2 hour blocks of appointments- it was very clear she chose to take and help fix another customers issue and then had someone else that was more important. I truly left the salon in tears. To have a business personally attack a customer in such a discriminatory way is appalling. I hope this review helps someone considering this salon as their new place of business, and maybe sheds some light on the owners. I am so hurt, saddened, and taken back from this experience.
