  “I had my nails done here for the first time today and it is the best experience I’ve ever had. My nails look perfect ! I’ve never ever been more happy with them. Hannah took her time and did a beautiful job! I will definitely be going back. Definitely will be my permanent nail place because of the awesome job that Hannah did!”

  “I’ve been going to Sunita and Myra for my nails, from recommendation from my sister who has been going to herbal nail spa for years, and I can’t recommend them enough! 🤍 They both do such an amazing job and always pay so much attention to every little detail. My nails turn out beautiful every single time, and they always take the time to make sure everything is perfect. Not only are they incredibly talented, but they’re also so kind, welcoming, and make every appointment such a great experience. Whether you want something simple and elegant or a fun new design, you can trust you’re in great hands. Thank you, Sunita and Myra, for always making my nails look amazing!   “I was a walk in and seen very quickly by Pham. I asked for an herbal, gel pedicure. It cost $85. The reason I’m unsatisfied w/ the service is that Pham placed my feet in water and then without any treatment, painted my toes. After she painted my toes, she then began to remove calluses off my heels for about a minute, quickly apply 3 treatments on my legs and then wax on my feet with my toes already painted. Very minimum of any massage and very rushed. The person next to me with regular pedicure which started at the same time was still there after I left. Pham did not do a thorough job cleaning any cuticles or the soles of my feet and the herbal treatment was done so quickly that I wish I had gotten just a regular pedicure. Also I wish that she had not painted the pedicure and then do all of the herbal treatment after. That has never been done before as long as I have gotten pedicures. I don’t think that I’ll return to this nail salon again.”

  “wife and i came in for pedicures this afternoon and were refunded money about an hour after we left because it appeared we were charged a bit too much. not on purpose…the woman that helped with the payment was not the one who did either pedicure, so there must have been some miscommunication. regardless, this business refunded us the difference and we would’ve never known otherwise. this level of honesty is refreshing and we will definitely be back. The service was excellent and at a fair price.”

  “Edit part two - just stopped in, and the refused the refund they said I could have. And blatantly lied they spent thirty minutes trying to fix them when I was in on Saturday. I told them it should've been taken care of then and all I got was a shrug and "oh well". So yeah, don't go here, because if you end up not liking your nails, you'll be out of luck. Edit to add - they had replied to this review telling me to call or email them. I tried reaching out and have yet to receive a contact back. This is poor customer service and honestly embarrassing for them. The fact this is how I left AFTER their attemp to fix them is ridiculous. All of my nails are slanted, not cleaned up, lumpy and crooked. They're over filed on the sides and by the time the second fix happened, they just hurt to have filed. They're also supposed to be coffin shaped. I told them I'd like a refund for them and they told me they'd have to take them off. As soon as I said that was fine, suddenly they said all they could do was fix them for me. This isn't fixed. I don't recommend them. I'd even drive back to have them soaked off for a refund at this point. As someone who used to do nails, I'd be ashamed to have someone leave the salon like this. I will be telling everyone where I got my nails done, and not in the good way.”

  “I heard such great things I’m so disappointed with my nails. $65 for a fill for my engagement nails which i emphasized multiple times. My cuticles weren’t touched, every nail is crooked, spots from my previous nail color not removed fully, smudges in the white French from the gel put on too early, bubbles in the gel coat, gaps between my cuticles and the nail since my cuticles weren’t touched at all, they used a different color acrylic to fill than i currently had so there’s a color difference and line in my nail bed, the thickness is uneven as well. The nail tech apologized multiple times and I felt bad but I feel I do need to let people know because these are the worst nails I’ve ever had when a French fill with chrome should be a super basic job. All photos attached are from right after the services was done.”

  “I drive from Baltimore City to have my nails done here and have for years. Tracy and Michael keep an incredibly clean and well maintained salon. The staff is friendly and talented. Tracy, Cathy, Danny, Quinn and Sunita are all fantastic. I don’t trust anyone else with my pedicure.”
