“I’ve been going here for about a year and a half and I haven’t really had a problem. Today the person working with me for a mani/pedi, was very rough. my ankle was scraped/cut while they were scrubbing the bottom of my feet while exfoliating. And I was cut and bleeding on one of my fingers after my manicure. I’ve never experienced this, and when I brought it to the managers attention, he simply looked at me. He didn’t apologize, he didn’t ask how he could make it right, he just looked at me like I was stupid. I will not be returning.”
