“I’ve been going there for almost a year now. I always get a great gel mani/pedi there! I love being able to talk and laugh with my nail guy, Long. He’s also a great nail artist. It’s such an enjoyable experience! There’s just a few staff and the environment is so nice and calm. Very different from other salons I’ve gone to in the past. Would highly recommend!”

“Lashes started coming off a minute after I left the store, went back in she fixed it! Next day lashes started falling off one by one, called on Saturday and spoke to the owner! YES THE OWNER! He said come back on Monday because they’re closed on Sunday. Keep in mind I leave in CT and drove to MA for like an hour. I got there and they refused to fix it, like two of the women there are blaming me stating I didn’t take care of the lashes and that I wet my face. And that there is a two day policy and I explained to them I called and spoke with the owner and he said come on Monday, then the owner was also speaking on the camera saying oh no they can do it again and give me a discount which is ridiculous. Then the owner comes and it’s like three of them ganging up on me stating I didn’t take care of them, or that I wet them. And then the owner in my ear talking about oh we can do it again but pay half price, so you’ll get 56+28 more dollars from me for something that was yall fault! I recommend do not go there and get any service especially lash services.”

“My friend lashes started coming off a minute after she left the store, went back in the lady fixed it! Next day lashes started falling off one by one, she called on Saturday and spoke to the owner! YES THE OWNER! We live like an hour away so he told her to come on Monday because they’re closed on Sundays. Why when we get down there, they started blaming my friend telling her she didn’t take care of of her eyelashes and their job is to put them on and hers is to take care of them. Then two of the workers are ganging up on her, then they contact the owner and he’s like oh no we can’t do it, you can do it again for a discounted price! The owner did not honor what he said over the phone, the workers blame you when you follow the steps they provided. All they had to do was admit it was a rushed job and fix it they would have maybe had a client for life, instead they blamed her and didn’t honor what was said over the phone and kept talking about their policy! I recommend not doing lashes there, I recommend not doing any services there! If you do then good luck and be ready to be blamed for an error they made”
