“I am so so so upset while writing this review. I’ve heard some many positives from people around the area but I should have known better. I came last year to get a brow wax and was made to wait 20 min before promptly leaving. So today while I was in the area I figured it might of just been busy let me give it another go. Boy was that a mistake. I was in for a brow and lip wax. Throughout the appointment the wax continued to get hotter and hotter to the point it was burning me. When the woman pulled the strip from in between my eyebrows I heard her audibly gasp. At that point I know something was messed up. She then closed the door and cleaned up the remaining wax. Might I add she was rubbing my freshly waxed skin so roughly I was flinching away. She finally gave me a mirror after brushing and trying her best to hide the inevitable patch she created. When I asked her about the clear problem she tried to say nothing is wrong and it’s all fine. I told her don’t lie when I heard you gasp..? All in all I left without paying and I’m extremely upset and left not knowing how to fix this. If you are considering this salon and especially for a quick good wax DO NOT COME HERE. Edit: since writing this I just looked again and take pictures and the burns are already forming on my skin :) DO NOT COME HERE.”

“I've been coming here for a Brazilian wax for a long time and it was just sold. The new owners daughter Christina did my wax. I can not explain how great she is!!! But ill try. She was super fast and clean it completely off!!! Not to mention that she's also a sweet and warm person. The women know how much this can hurt but let me tell you this was the least pain I have ever felt getting it down!! I'm bragging about her cuz its so true!!! Try it once and you'll thank me later!”
