  “I have no place to judge someone’s work because everyone has different experiences with places and I’ve personally never gone there and after hearing what happened, I don’t plan to. My friend went to California Nails last Wednesday to get her lashes done for her graduation and it turned into a complete nightmare. She said the technician got lash glue all over her eyes while applying the extensions. When she calmly told the technician that her eyes were burning, instead of helping, the technician became upset and wanted to remove the lashes and start over. According to my friend, things only got worse. She said another technician took over but while trying to remove the lashes, even more glue and remover got into her eyes. She was in so much pain that she sat there crying, repeatedly telling them her eyes were burning and she felt like no one was taking the situation seriously. She told us she eventually had to call 911 herself because she wasn’t getting the help she needed and she was taken to the hospital by ambulance. I’m only sharing what my friend personally experienced because I think people should be aware. Everyone’s experience can be different. I hope no one else has to go through something like that and I hope businesses take situations like this seriously and prioritize their customers safety and well being.”

  “Did an awful job on my toes. Left dead skin, barely did a full pedicure and my French tip is lumpy and crooked. Didn’t even put a top coat on my nails. When I asked to have them redone, they all ignored me and told me they were “too busy” to fix them. There was no one else in the store.”

  “5 stars is definitely an understatement. I want to first say that that the service was so nice. Everyone was so sweet and understanding, especially coming from someone who has never gotten their nails done like this before. They helped me a ton with figuring out what I wanted, it was so amazing. So much love to Hannah and the rest of the amazing employees there 💗”

  “Person who did my toes, put no effort into it ; polish wasn’t even dry when I left. Polish looks like a child did it , it’s not even or flat. Bumpy and rushed. Not satisfied and Will not be returning.”

  “Recommended by a friend was well worth it! Got a mani pedi and lashes done. Was surprised she even cleaned up my eyebrows a bit. Price was reasonable considering all the work i got done. Definitely better to book an appointment as they do get busy”

  “Tau absolutely SLAYED my nails…. Had me feeling like I was about to get married when I saw how fancy these things came out …. Obviously every nail place has some techs that are better than others but so far everyone here has done a good job and Tau has done the best ever !!!!”

  “Love this place! Quick wait time, really nice and patient staff, very clean workspaces. The salon is following every guideline during the pandemic especially with the dividers at every work station and sanitizing everything. I chose a photo reference for my nails and my nail tech was right on it! Definitely coming back!”
