She was engaging, personable, and made the whole experience really enjoyable. We talked about family, kids, and places around town, and I genuinely appreciated how interested she was in getting to know me as a person. Conversations like that make a big difference. On top of the great service, the haircut itself turned out fantastic. It’s honestly one of the best cuts I’ve had in a long time.
