“Nice shop and barbers but a $3 surcharge for using a credit card on a $35 haircut is extremely excessive, especially when there is no sign and barbers seem to pick and choose what they charge as most only charge $35 no matter how you pay. Update: Lowering to 1 star due to owner reply. A fee should always be disclosed upfront and should be consistent among all barbers.”

“The owner is still the greatest, but after my wife and kid sat for over an hour, the stylists left without saying a word. Really upset that they treat customers like this. Wish they would have told us ahead of time that they would not be taking walk-ins. Or hell, even after an hour they could have said something.”
