  “Racist !!!! I walked in the store as a black woman …no acknowledgment!!!!! I literally witnessed the manager address white woken that walked in after me and politely acknowledged them !!!! I politely address his rudeness and racism and he said nothing!!! Will not go back !!! I’m so livid with how they treat, who that keeps them open !!!!!!”

  “Clean, well organized, lots of variety, and welcoming. The employee that helped me didn't stalk me through the store , but allowed me to shop and answered my questions about products. In addition, she helped save me some money and I plan to tell all my friends and family to support. Thank you for having good customer service, quality options, and treating me like a paying customer should be treated when entering an establishment.”

  “RUDE,ARROGANT,BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE i asked where a product was. This man who was obviously in charge told me "go to register" when I simply asked him where a product was. I said "but you know where it is" he then said " maybe maybe not" and kept working. The other man in charge and a customer told me where to get the product and showed me some great edge gel because they witnessed this man being rude and disrespectful to me. They want OUR money but don't want to treat us fairly! I WONT BE BACK AND NEITHER WILL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY. WE/US BLACK WOMEN ARE NOT DESPERATE FOR YOUR PRODUCTS TO THE POINT OF BEING MISTREATED!!”

  “I try to avoid going there tbh. They usually have whatever you need, but almost everyone except for the black lady with the blonde hair seems to have an attitude. That’s been my experience consistently over the past four years. Feeling welcomed and respected matters to me. After today, I will not be back. Its just a negative space.”

  “Jenny's has a variety of everything and the prices are reasonable. However, I dont like the Pantyhose that are sold here. They are not true to size. Too small and never fit so I have to purchase at another beauty supply in homewood.”

  “*UPDATE* I swear I LOVE Jenny's!! Bell works in the wig department. She is the SWEETEST!! She took such care fitting my granddaughter with a wig. She is wonderful as are ALL of the wig staff. The front staff is wonderful as well. I love their prices, selection (wigs, make up, clothes as well) they are allowing wig try on's now! For my daughter's birthday I purchased a one piece The prices and selection of clothes, make up, hair products, wigs, weaves and more are awesome!!”
