“I bought a wig from here for $80.00 was supposed to be glueless. Took it out package put it on and the lace ripped!! Never got a chance to wear it. They don’t take refunds or exchange on wigs. So I’m just out of my money. I drove 30 minutes to this place just to get a poorly made wig. Never again will I come back. I’m so mad be careful buying the wigs the lace too thin it tears soon as you put it on. I took it back and ms lee sewed it back together. By the lace being so thin I pulled too hard and it ripped.”

“The best beauty supply in the south suburbs hands down. The customer service amazing a young lady by the name of L’Oréal helped me a few times that I have came in and every time her customer service was excellent she’s very knowledgeable about their products and the location of where the items are at throughout the store and if you been there you know that store is huge. So I can appreciate not having to be in there like I’m shopping in Walmart 😩😂. That keeps me coming back and happy I don’t have to go to 5 different stores to find what I need. Thank you ms. L’Oréal keep up the good work 😊”
