  “I tried Adalina Prime for happy hour after a friend recommended it, and overall it was a great experience. We were seated quickly in the lounge area, which had such a beautiful atmosphere. If aesthetics are your thing, you’ll definitely love the interior, and they also have a really nice outdoor patio that would be perfect on a warmer day. The mocktails were honestly one of the highlights for me, I ordered the Purple Rain and the Almond Citrus Fizz, and both were so good (even though they weren’t part of the happy hour menu). From happy hour, we tried the truffle fries and steak sliders. I also wanted to try the wagyu grilled cheese, but unfortunately they were sold out. They do offer valet parking, otherwise parking is paid street parking nearby. We spent around $50 per person during happy hour, but I can definitely see the total going up quickly if you order from the regular dinner menu.”

  “First time to Adelina prime was great! For starters we had. A beet salad with with peaches and goat cheese. My wife enjoys beets, she said was good. We had the avocado ceviche it was also good. We shared a 32oz tomahawk with our son. The steak was fabulous! For sides, we did the roasted mushrooms they were phenomenal! We also had the whipped potatoes, they were delicious as well. They offer a salt bar with your steak. That was a nice twist. Ambiance was chill , but yet still had a nice vibe. Overall I give Adalina prime a 4.7.”

  “I had a great experience at Adalina Prime! The ambiance is upscale and inviting, with a warm, moody atmosphere that makes it perfect for a nice night out. The steak was cooked to perfection.. tender, flavorful, and clearly high quality. Everything we ordered felt well thought out and beautifully presented. The service was also attentive without being overbearing, which really elevated the overall experience. It’s definitely on the pricier side, but worth it for a special occasion or if you’re looking for a refined steakhouse experience. I would absolutely come back!!!”

  “My fiancè & I went to Adalina Prime for the first time yesterday. Since the second we walked in, the atmosphere was absolutely amazing. Our server, Jimmy, gave us the best service we've honestly ever had. He went over the entire menu with us & gave us great recommendations. He was very personable & professional, but also gave us some amazing laughs. The food was SO good, everything we ordered had the best flavor. The steaks & the lobster cream corn were the stars of the show. The salt library they offer is such an amazing touch. I tried a handful of different ones, and each bite of steak tasted like a totally different amazing steak due to all the different salt flavors they offer. The sauce on the side add ons for the steaks were also very delicious. We finished the meal off with coconut strawberry swirl soft serve (we thought we were full already, but managed to finish the entire thing because it was so tasty lol). Overall, one of the best dining experiences in terms of food, service & atmosphere that we've ever had. Also amazingly priced for the quality of food & service that they offer (I've paid way more for way less at other places). I'd give 10 stars if I could. We will definitely be back soon!”

  “This was our first time at Adelina Prime we came to celebrate our wedding anniversary and this place was definitely a hit! The ambiance, the food and service were top notch. Our waiter Jim was great, very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend for a date night.”

  “If you’re looking for a place to "be seen" while grappling with a steak knife that feels like a medieval prop, Adalina Prime is your spot. We started with the Parker House rolls, which were great and plentiful, though choosing them over the biscuits was a genuine internal struggle. Things got weird with the "Amuse Yourself" course; I ordered the WTF and felt exactly that—it was a muddled mess where flavors went to die. My wife got the LOL and was clearly the winner of that round. Fair warning: the portions are sized for a small infantry. The Truffled Caesar and the Baked Scallop-Cargot could easily satisfy a table of six, so with just two of us, it felt like we were training for a competitive eating circuit. That said, the steaks are legitimately excellent. Both the City Filet and the NY Strip were cooked to perfection—tender, moist, and everything a high-end steakhouse should be. They offer a "salt library" to season your meat; the Truffle and the Porcini & Balsamic are the standouts, while the Smoked Bourbon is... a choice. Honestly, they should trade the salt library for a knife library, because the current steak knives are oversized, awkward, and trying way too hard. The only real misses were the Oyster Mushrooms, which were the "participation trophy" of sides, and the Coastline Martini. The tableside service is classic and polished, but unless you want your last sip to taste like a face-plant into the Atlantic, avoid that briny "sea water" finish. If you have any room left, the Apple Crumble Pie is mandatory, if only to witness the massive architectural block of ice cream they perch on top.”

  “Was so excited to try the newest Chicago steakhouse ran by its very own Top Chef 🥂🍾✨!! The amuse bouche was an absolutely DELICIOUS bite - Perfect way to start the meal!! In LOVE with the trio bread tower - The various butters shaped as cows were a delight 🐮✨!! Cocktails were fabulous as well 🫒🍸✨ - Enjoyed all the sides such as cheesy lobster corn, mashed potatoes, and brussel sprouts 🧀🌽🦞✨!! Unfortunately we have had better steaks elsewhere - And while the strawberry cake for dessert looks absolutely gorgeous 🍓🍰✨ it was super dry and felt stale : ( But overall a wonderful meal - The Salt Library is a fun addition!! Ambience is lovely, upscale, classy, and romantic ✨❤️!!!”

  “We tried this place after positive recommendations from their happy hour. The ambiance, food, and service made this a wonderful experience. It is a bit on the pricier side even for West Loop but well worth it and some dishes like the lobster pot pie are a steal value wise. There is definitely a Korean touch with spicy kicks in some of the dishes so definitely ask if you can’t take spicy like me but my spouse really enjoyed it. The place is really well decorated. Our favorites were the lobster pot pie, carrots, brussel sprouts, gnocchi, and the dry aged ribeye. The ribeye was delicious but really amplified when they offer an over a dozen salts to complement it, we enjoyed the mushroom and vanilla salts best. The truffle gnocchi was one of the best we had since Italy. The lobster pot pie was delicious and something we never had before. Overall a good fun place that we look forward to return to for major events.”

  “Probably one of the best dining experiences I've had, ever! If you're looking for a relaxed, yet sophisticated dining experience with food that is so OUTSTANDING, you need to go here!!! Our server, Dio, was so knowledgeable about everything from the chefs credentials, where the food was sourced from, to the best wine to compliment your entree. Ugh, can't wait to return!!! And hats off to the valet guy! It was raining hard tonight and he did his job with a smile and grace in such a prompt manner! Much respect!!!”
