  “I had dinner here with a client, and while the food was genuinely excellent, the service left me deeply disappointed. From the moment we were seated, our waitress came across as cold and unwelcoming. There was no warmth, no hospitality, and no sense that we were valued as guests. Nothing overtly rude happened, but her attitude made the entire evening feel uncomfortable. Dining at a restaurant like this is about more than just good food. People don’t spend this kind of money simply to eat—they come for the complete experience, where attentive and genuine service is just as important as what’s on the plate. As a guest, I left feeling unwelcome, and that is not the feeling anyone should have after dining at a restaurant of this caliber. The food deserves praise, but excellent food alone is not enough to make me return. Service matters just as much, and unfortunately, because of this experience, I won’t be coming back.”

  “For our anniversary dinner, we dined at The Water Grill and had a wonderful experience. We got the Spanish Octopus, Whole Sea Bass, Cioppino and Polenta. All the dishes were delicious and just perfect. We paired it with a bottle of Stag’s Leap. We were also given a complimentary dessert. This restaurant is perfect for special occasions.”

  “My drink and the Calamari were great! Ordered the shrimp scampi and it is not worth the price. Soggy noodles, watery sauce, but a generous amount of shrimp. A nice expereince with good service. Luke was very kind and engaging and the manager was accomadating.”

  “​The atmosphere is fantastic. The restaurant features a beautifully appointed dining room and excellent service. Unfortunately, the seafood missed the mark; both the shrimp cocktail and the chilled lobster were tough from overcooking. The wedge salad was a bright spot, thanks to the truly outstanding bacon. Be warned that the pricing is exorbitant across the board—charging $3.75 for a single Long Island clam is absurd. I might return for a beer at the bar, but this spot feels geared much more toward business travelers on expense accounts rather than everyday locals.”

  “This is the spot for proper Fish & Chips. It's just one big piece of Fish and Fries are cool. I also had a couple of half dozen orders of Oysters. Nicely done. The only thing I didn't care for was the Clam Chowder - watery. Service and atmosphere were on-point.”

  “I visited this restaurant with my family on July 1. Overall, the food was very good and we enjoyed the meal. The only issue during dinner was that we had to wait close to an hour for our main courses. Despite the long wait, I still decided to leave a tip when paying the bill. However, what happened afterward really disappointed me. As we were leaving, the server approached me in the lobby and asked why I had left “so little” tip. He even said, “Seriously?” I have never experienced anything like this in my life, in any restaurant. I believe it is completely inappropriate to confront a customer about the amount of gratuity they chose to leave, especially after such a long wait for the main dishes. The food was good, and I want to be fair about that, but being pressured by the server about the tip left a very unpleasant impression. I hope management pays attention to this situation and addresses it with the staff.”

  “OMG The best! 😍 The best shrimp scampi Ive ever tasted. The best service- everyone was so nice. The best drinks (nice and strong, but you still walk away with your dignity. Lol) An amazing place to dine. ❤️”

  “Amazing food! The Rosewood Chilean sea bass is the best, crisp on the outside and juicy and tender on the inside. The atmosphere was quite relaxed and welcoming and the service was excellent. Definitely want to come back!”

  “The food was really good overall. I especially loved the oyster sampler, and Kumamoto was my favorite. I was a little sad they didn’t offer Honeymoon oysters. The mussels were too salty for me, and the bread was also a bit too salty. I asked for one more butter, but it was never brought to the table. The service was also quite slow. My water glass was empty until the end, and no one checked on us before we finished the mussels. Also, the oyster sampler plate stayed on the table the whole time and took up most of the space until we finished the mussels. Our server seemed to be paying more attention to other tables. But the food was good overall.”

  “We ordered the king size seafood tower, chilean sea bass and lobster roll sandwich, and I would say seafood tower was the best!!! The presentation of seafood tower was stunning, and while some items in the tower were standard, the oysters and lobster were absolute top-tier quality!! Complimentary bread was so good. Crunchy on the outside and warm and soft inside. For the entrée, the Sea Bass was a pleasant surprise. The sauce was amazing and really elevated the dish. We also tried the Lobster Roll, and while both the bread and lobster were cooked well individually, they didn’t quite blend together perfectly. The atmosphere feels very high-end and upscale, though it’s definitely more energetic than quiet. The servers were friendly, even if the service wasn't the fastest. Overall, worth it for the seafood tower!”
