“I have been going to this shop for years and they have always done great work, however, I went in last week to get knotless mid-back braids and not even 7 days later, my natural hair is coming out of the braids. I made a call and talked to one of the braiders to kindly inform them of the issue and I was told to come in the next day to get the issue resolved. I get there the next morning and the lady in charge persisted that nothing was wrong with my hair and that I should have called before coming. I informed her that I called the previous day and was told to stop by today. She kept saying that I did not call and that they were too busy and in a very rude tone stated that I needed to go back and call before coming. I lifted several braids and showed her how my hair was coming out of the braids and she still insisted that nothing was wrong with my hair. She was VERY rude and I will never patronize this place again. Please be advised that if you choose this place and something goes wrong with your style in less than a week, they will take offense and not want to fix the issue.”
