  “I made an appointment to get my hair braided at 8 am by a specific worker, when I arrived she was doing somebody else hair which is very unprofessional! Also, they will start braiding your HAIR, STOP ! and start doing another person hair. DO NOT COME TO THIS SHOP!!”

  “I got a braid draw string clip in ponytail install. The girl with a dent in her forehead did my hair ,avoid her at all cost. She refused to properly detangle my hair had no problem ripping it out as if I couldn't feel any thing. 3 bald spots later she proceeded to to install the ponytail by using industrial rubber bands and stabbing my scalp with 20 plus hair pins that were too small. The bright side is I walked away with the rest of my hair. I attempted to take it down and found scabs from the bleeding she caused. She may have been having a bad day or not idk but she should not be working in the hair industry if she can't do the basics properly. I enjoy supporting small businesses but I do think the only reason she has a job is due to family. If I could do 0 stars I would.”

  “First of all look no further this is where you should be. This was my first visit and boy was it worth every dollar.Great conversation, great workers and my hair came out better than I expected it to! So glad I found them online! I wanted to make sure that I posted my hair afterwards so that everyone could see their work. I got some knotless lower back length, my parts are beautiful. I’m a forever client! (Purple Scrub pics) 12/15/23 update! (Gray Scrubs pic) Went in yesterday to get the same braids and the lady that did them before was gone back to Africa(Ms.Rose) so I had three new ladies do my hair this time. Took them three hours. I do wish the parts were a little smaller but it’s not too bad. Just be sure to stand firm on your size partings you want and check frequently to make sure you’re getting what you want that way they won’t have to start over. also not all of the braids in the back are knotless which is very disappointing! The length was also shorter than before and it was the same price! I’ll be on it next time to keep checking as they go. Still a client for now!”
