“I purchased a wig from Queen's Beauty Supply on Saturday 1/8/22 to wear to Church on Sunday 1/9/22, the wig was not wearable. looked very dry, looked nothing like the mannequin display I took the wig back to the store on Monday 1/10/22 to see if they would allow me 2 exchange it for another wig and management said no all sales are final. But on my receipt it clearly says, no refund exchange only Or store credit within 7 days. I need to know who I can talk to about this because I don't have money to just throw away. I'm a very dissatisfied loyal customer.”
