“Came in and purchased a bottle of shampoo that was already unsealed (which I didn’t notice until I got home). When I returned the next day to exchange it for conditioner, I was told it ‘looked used’ and they refused to help. I explained that it was sold to me that way and even asked if they could check cameras, but they wouldn’t. I wasn’t asking for a refund, just an exchange. Very disappointing customer service. Please check your products before selling them.”
