You may know this as a “Butler’s Steak”, a “Feather Blade Steak” or even as an “Oyster Blade Steak”. We just know it as an absolute belter. It’s a lean Steak, but it certainly doesn’t hold back on marbling or flavour. We marinate our Flat Irons in Rosemary & Garlic and finish them with a Smoky Mezcal Butter. Our Flat Irons are cooked to your preference, but we recommend medium-rare.
