  “The waitresses who bought our food were all lovely. Food was excellent except the coleslaw which was inedible. We had butterfly chicken and big cheese. Rostinas were amazing. Visited 4pm on 21st August.”

  “On Sunday, 2 August, at approximately 7:30 pm, I visited Nando's for dinner. Upon arriving, we waited to be seated, but one young female member of staff completely ignored us. We were left waiting until another member of the team noticed us and assisted us. Throughout our visit, the same staff member repeatedly gave us unfriendly looks, which made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. While the rest of the team were polite and professional, her attitude stood out and did not reflect the level of customer service I would expect. As we left, the other staff members were courteous, but the same employee again gave us an unpleasant glare rather than a friendly farewell or thank you. I wanted to bring this to your attention as I believe this member of staff would benefit from additional customer service training. I hope this feedback is taken constructively to help improve the experience for future customers.”

  “I visited Nando's this evening and left genuinely impressed — not just by the food, but by one exceptional member of staff. When I walked in, the restaurant was near full capacity and it initially appeared that one woman — Ruby — was doing absolutely everything. Seating guests, running food to tables, managing the tills. I actually asked her if she was working alone, and she assured me others were there — though you would have been forgiven for not noticing. The level of energy, grace, and attentiveness she carried through what looked like an incredibly demanding shift was remarkable. Ruby also took the time to help me navigate the menu. It had been a while since my last Nando's visit, and knew what I wanted, yet wanted some help in how best to order it. I went with the Caesar salad alongside a quarter chicken. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and exactly what I needed. As the evening wound down and more staff became visible clearing tables. It's rare to see such staff that are literally keeping everything flowing, and doing it well. Ruby — if you ever read this — thank you. You were a blessing to me, and all the visitors. Nando's is lucky to have you.”

  “My 1st experience of a Nandos. Family birthday celebratory meal, lovely food, good atmosphere and brilliant service. Will definitely be visiting again. Highly recommend”

  “As a visiting American finally going for a 'cheeky Nandos' wasn't what I thought it would be. I expected more fast food, take away sort of thing. I wasn't unpleased with the experience though. I found Nandos to be a middle ground between nice & casual, quick service/sit down style. Pros - Nice atmosphere, particular location had cheerful helpful staff Many flavor options, juicy chicken. Preferred it on the burger end. Free soda refills (typical murican I know) Variety on menu between grab bites or more restaurant dishes Cons - Price, perhaps because I expected a cheap-eatery A couple of the foods I had (halloumi mainly) were overpowered with a charred flavor, it was a little off putting.”

  “Want to thank the team at Nando’s especially Arthur for his amazing service I came three consecutive days as the last customer as I was staying just on top in the hotel and they have given me amazing service all three days and food came out perfect everyday thank you chef.”

  “Ordered through deliveroo Chips where clearly re-heated and avocado was black and spoiled..don't expect the same standard of food when using delivery apps!”
