  “Such rude customer service! I double checked the time to pick up as I didn’t quite hear and I was shouted ‘OK ORDER CANCELLED’ and had the phone put down on me. A bit of patience would have been nice!”

  “Food was fantastic, but the owner and workers was ever so rude witch makes downfall for coming back but if you can put up with bad manners. Then other then that food was great.”

  “Can’t comment on the food as I didn’t get passed the rude customer service. Started with the initial phone call which was abruptly cut short, had to phone back to complete the order. Was told 1 hour before ready (that’s ok as it’s a Saturday evening- expect it to be busy). Turned up to collect food with card payment and was rudely shouted at saying it’s cash only. I replied with where does it say cash only ? Was then told I SHOULD HAVE ASKED when I ordered. Was that before or after they hung up on me ! Walked away without food. Will never go back!”

  “This is a cash only business which is fine buy it does not say anywhere online or on the menu. I turn up with a card to pay for my food and the woman was very rude, she said what am I mean to tell everyone who rings is cash only....well ye if you don't advertise its cash only. Am I a mind reader?”

  “Tried to order yesterday and the women’s attitude because she was busy was rude and horrendous Was first told to stand away from the counter when waiting to order explained I haven’t ordered and I was the only one that hadn’t ordered after asking if the three people in there have they ordered to be told telephone orders only (were supposed to know that without being told ) all I wanted was chips for my child The lady being served could see the attitude by the staff so she gave me her chips which I was grateful”

  “The best Chinese in Wrexham. Used to have from here when I was around 13. The food quality and quantity hasn't decreased. The prices have barely risen unlike other places. Haven't had from here in a very long time since moving to Stoke so when we visit we'll be coming here each time. We get enough to feed 4 people on £20. The portion sizes are enough to go around, I can never finish a full dish by myself. I highly recommend the chicken chow mein, chicken balls and the chicken and ham rolls. Nice big pieces of chicken inside the chicken balls, they do not scrimp on the portions. I'd say it's best to do a telephone order as when busy they don't accept orders at the door. Never got our order wrong considering I add different veg to the chow mein and take out some veg. Or wanting it cooked in a different sauce. That's also talking for the last 10 years!”
