  “Rosie helped us plan our Golden Wedding celebration at Perch on the Parade on September 5th and it was perfect! We had sole use of the cafe for the afternoon and had the best time. All our guests were seriously impressed with everything, the venue, the vibe, staff and food! Connor was excellent as were all the team. Nothing was too much trouble. The sun shone all day and we were able to use the outside space. It was a fabulous day filled with fun, music, great food, several drinks and even a bit of a dance!!   “We love coming here as a treat for brunch. Really good selection of meat and veggie options, great selection of soft drinks and the coffee is really decent.. as are is the Bloody Mary! Always good service and it's such a lovely location for a stroll along the front.”

  “We hired Perch on the Parade for a work party. Everything was so well organised, the food was delicious, we had great feedback from everyone that attended. Its such a lovely venue with the most beautiful views. Rosie and her team are so lovely and helpful too. We'll definitely be back!”

  “I booked Perch on the Parade for a Private Function - my 60th birthday celebrations. Rosie and her team couldn't have done more to ensure that the evening went smoothly. From assisting with the planning and the preparations to ensuring that the event itself ran seemlessly. The food and the service were perfect. We were fortunate enough to have good weather, so the doors onto the beach side terrace were open all evening which added to the holiday atmosphere. I can recommend Perch as the ideal place to make your party go well.”

  “We first came here for a Sunday breakfast with my sister and mum… which turned out to be a dangerous decision, because it was so good we immediately decided to book it for her surprise 70th! From start to finish, Rosie (the manager) was incredible, super helpful, organised, and somehow made the whole thing feel effortless (even though I’m sure it wasn’t behind the scenes). The food was amazing, and the staff were genuinely brilliant—non-stop smiles, great energy, and that rare ability to make everything feel relaxed and special at the same time… especially impressive on a sunny Sunday afternoon! Safe to say, everything was 10/10. My sister and I are so grateful to Rosie and the team for making it such a memorable birthday for our mum. Would I recommend it? Absolutely. Just be warned, you might go in for breakfast and come out booking a party :-)”

  “Love the ambiance in this restaurant. We always come back here for pizza. 🍕 I'm particularly thrilled they're now serving vanilla ice cream on a coke 😍 Food options are quite decent. 🙂”

  “We had coffee and tea here. Lovely views and a nice cafe but I have to lower the rating because the tea tasted of plastic having been served in an old plastic cup that looked like it had been scrubbed out with something abrasive, it was quite scratched and stained inside. It was like drinking tea from an ancient thermos flask cup. I would urge the owners to consider investing in ceramic cups to improve the flavour of the drinks they serve. Thanks for your consideration.”

  “Delicious food, and some vegan options which is great. Would've loved to see an alternative vegan protein choice, but despite only offering falafel, it was very tasty and not dry. The balsamic sauce was lovely with it, and it was a nice dish. My parents had the salmon bowl instead and also enjoyed it. The staff were lovely, very friendly. Nice place to stop for a drink too, moreso when it's sunny and you can enjoy sitting outside.”

  “Delicious food, great service, and a stunning view! We had an amazing experience at Perch on Parade. The pizzas were absolutely spot on – we ordered the classic Margherita and the Pepperoni, both packed with flavour and cooked to perfection. We also tried the honey wings, which were a big hit with everyone at the table – sweet, savoury, and perfectly seasoned! The staff were super friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. The cherry on top was the beautiful view of the seafront – a perfect setting for a relaxed meal. Highly recommend if you’re in the area and craving good food with a view!”
