  “We had our wedding at The Holt Fleet on 1st August, and everything was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The venue is beautiful, the food was fantastic, and every member of staff couldn't do enough for us and our guests. A very special thank you to Nikki, who looked after us from the moment we first booked right through to the day we said "I do." She was always there to answer any questions, keep everything running smoothly, and made us feel so relaxed throughout the whole process. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made our day even more special. We honestly couldn't have chosen a better venue. Thank you to everyone at The Holt Fleet for giving us the most perfect wedding day. We will treasure the memories forever. Highly recommended! ❤️”

  “I was taken here for dinner last friday evening its another place i hadnt been too in a while. Its a very smart looking venue both inside and out, its quite modern inside. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The menu is varied and interesting with a few new twists and imaginings on certain dishes. I opted for a twist on coronation chicken with Bombay potatoes, i wasnt disappointed it was full of flavour and as with all the meals served at our table very plentiful. It was a really lovely meal and we will be returning very soon”

  “Our first visit to The Holt Fleet yesterday and we loved it. A beautiful setting overlooking the river. We sat in the Conservatory which was light and airy. The service by all the staff was great and the food was beautifully presented and delicious. We will certainly be returning, thank you 😊”

  “We had our wedding reception at The Holt Fleet and honestly couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day. From start to finish, everything was absolutely seamless. The venue itself is stunning – the riverside setting and overall atmosphere made it feel so special, and so many of our guests commented on how beautiful it was. What really made the difference though was the team – especially Nikki, our wedding coordinator. She was absolutely incredible. From the lead-up to the day and throughout the wedding itself, she made everything feel effortless. Nothing was ever too much trouble, she kept everything running smoothly, and gave us complete confidence that everything was taken care of. Every effort was made and we genuinely felt that all of the staff went above and beyond – not just for us, but for all of our guests too. It made such a difference and allowed us to fully relax and enjoy the day. The food was fantastic, the service was spot on, and every little detail was handled so well. It truly felt like the whole team cared about making our day perfect. On a personal note, we already loved coming to The Holt Fleet, but this has taken it to a whole new level – it will always be such a special place for us now. We’re so grateful to Nikki and the whole team for giving us such an unforgettable wedding day – we would 100% recommend to any couple considering it!”

  “Had a family meal for 7 of us for a birthday. Staff were great , friendly, and quick service All the meals and puddings were excellent, except for the salmon , which was a bit 'bland ' . We all really enjoyed the setting. We all really enjoyed it and will definitely be returning.”

  “We hadn't been to the Holt Fleet for a few years as the last couple of times we found it a bit samey. We decided to give it another chance though this week as it was our wedding anniversary, and we're so glad we did. The menu seemed to have had a refresh - we are both vegan i should add so it's always good to find a variety of vegan options. The Holt Fleet had three vegan options on the main menu as well as some vegetarian which we though could have been made vegan on request. There were also vegan starters and desserts. The service was excellent. Everyone was very polite and friendly. we had to wait a little while for our food but to us that shows it had to be cooked rather than pinged in a microwave. It was delicious and good sized portions. We will be going again very soon.”

  “Didnt have food but the plates i did see looked nice.We sat outside by the river lovely view then came in to look inside pub very nice and clean with friendly staff will come again .”

  “Afternoon Tea- amazing! I was treated to this as a surprise birthday gift, the decor is beautiful and the team had gone the extra mile with lovely, chic table decorations, too. Eleven of us enjoyed the Afternoon Tea with Prosecco. The food was as delicious as it looked and very generous. Excellent selection of savoury and sweet. Amazing quality- better than some very upmarket hotels I have been to before. On top of this, the staff were a delight- it was very, very busy yet the staff made it all seamless. Veggie version was brilliant, too. Totally 10/10- a must try!”

  “What a great venue for just a beer up to a full blown wedding. Sat on the banks of the river Severn under the iconic Holt Bridge. We had a family catch up over a long lunch. The food and drink were excellent and the team very attentive and friendly. There is a very large car park and lots of really good outdoor seating. We will be back.”

  “Went for a relaxed drive (avoiding motorways) up to this family owned pub Plenty of seating areas inside and out, all well maintained. Menu had a good range of small to large dishes and a good selection of wines. Right on the bank of the River Severn. The quality of food was excellent and well presented. 4 stars for service as I think there could have been a bit more awareness when we needed assistance.”
