About The Bricks Kitchen & Bar
The Bricks Kitchen & Bar is an Italian restaurant at 26A Snow Hill in Wolverhampton that also serves Romanian food. That second menu gives groups something to share beyond pizza and pasta, with a platter for two and grilled meats served with salad and fries or potato wedges. The Italian side of the kitchen covers spicy prawn pasta and spaghetti carbonara, along with pizza and soup. Dishes are cooked fresh to order, so a wait for food is possible. Tables can be booked. Lemonade comes in original and raspberry flavours.

Customer Review Summary
Pasta is the dish diners return to most. A server's recommended spicy prawn pasta, a spaghetti carbonara praised for authentic ingredients, and a soup and pasta combination all draw mentions, along with big servings. Close behind are pizza, a platter for two with well seasoned, tender meat, and pork neck and gorgonzola chicken, both called delicious. Staff are repeatedly described as polite, warm and attentive, and several reviewers mention quick service, good value and good coffee. The complaints are specific. One reviewer found the fries could be better quality with both the pork neck and the chicken, and called the pork ribs dry. Another waited quite a bit for food, though they add that everything is cooked fresh to order. A regular of a couple of years says the food is always spot on and the place feels like home. One table finished by praising three sauces that looked house made, plus original and raspberry lemonades.

“Went in on a Sunday afternoon with daughter . Food was amazing. Super fresh and delicious. But of an hidden gem. And it's nice to see an Italian restaurant use authentic ingredients for a spaghetti carbonara. It's amazing how many Italian restaurants don't!”

“My 1st visit & certainly not the last visit.i booked a table for 4 at 12.30 as i walked in we were pleasantly greeted, & seated. Was served by Leila, who was attentive, polite. I asked for a recommendation for seafood & Leila pointed a spicy prawn pasta dish. My daughter commented that the menu wasn’t overbearing, which meant that the chiefs know how to cook dish to perfection. We both said it was a hidden gem & we will comeback”
