  “Went to KFC on Chertsey road Woking for some food. Was served by Wajed. Although the restaurant was busy, he was able to multi task, answer questions of people waiting in line. The whole time what impressed me was that he had a smile on, was polite and not flustered throughout the duration. Thanks Wajed, really appreciate the amazing service! Yusif”

  “I just wanted to leave a review for one of the workers at KFC called Wajed because genuinely, the level of service he gives is incredible. Every time I come in, he is always welcoming, polite, hardworking and constantly making customers feel valued. You can tell he truly cares about his job and about making people’s experience a good one. What stands out most is his attitude. No matter how busy it gets, Wajed always stays calm, professional and friendly. He treats everyone with respect and somehow still manages to keep a smile on his face even during the busiest times. That kind of energy makes a huge difference and honestly makes people want to come back. One thing that really showed me how trustworthy and thoughtful he is was when I accidentally left my bag behind. Instead of ignoring it or leaving it unattended, Wajed kept it safe for me until I came back. That honestly meant a lot to me and shows the kind of person he is — responsible, genuine and caring towards customers. It’s rare to meet workers who go above and beyond consistently, but Wajed really does. He deserves recognition for the effort he puts in every single day because employees like him are the reason businesses build loyal customers. KFC is lucky to have someone as dedicated and genuine as him on their team. Thank you Wajed for always giving amazing service — you honestly make the place feel welcoming and positive every time I visit.”

  “Very disappointing experience tonight. The opening hours clearly state that the restaurant closes at 2 AM on Fridays and Saturdays, yet the staff member at the door kept telling customers they were closed. We ordered online just to try and get food, and she said, ‘If I see that it’s paid, I will do it. If not, I will not.’ She then stood by the entrance like a bodyguard, keeping the door locked while multiple customers were still trying to order. Even an Uber driver had to cancel an order because he couldn’t get inside due to the door being locked. Leaving paying customers and delivery drivers outside while the restaurant is supposedly still open is unacceptable and very unprofessional.”

Both were incredibly friendly, efficient, and made sure everything was perfect. They really went above and beyond—the food was fresh, the order was accurate, and the whole experience was seamless.   “Just had a great experience at KFC Woking! The food was fresh and hot. It was exactly what I wanted when I was craving that classic KFC flavor. The place was clean, the service was quick, and the whole vibe was welcoming. Big shoutout to Osama, who was amazing! He was super friendly and helpful.   “⭐☆☆☆☆ Consistently Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs! I am absolutely fed up with this KFC on Chertsey Road. It is honestly shocking how consistently bad this place is, every single time I visit. First of all, the order accuracy is non-existent. Items are ALWAYS missing. It doesn't matter if you order in-store or via app , you have to check your bag religiously because half the time something isn't there. It happens so often it feels like they aren't even trying. Then there is the food quality. It is rarely prepared properly. The chicken is often dry, overcooked, and the sides are frequently messy and thrown together with no care at all. It seems like basic food standards just don't apply here. But the absolute worst part is the staff. Their attitude is absolutely disgusting. They are completely unprofessional, rude, and instead of apologizing or fixing mistakes, they just try to make up excuses and rationalize why they got it wrong. They act like the customer is the problem! There is zero customer service and zero respect. The only saving grace is the Manager. He is a total gentleman and the only one who actually knows what he is doing. Whenever you do manage to see him, he is polite, professional, and always willing to help and fix issues. The problem is, you hardly ever see him! It is such a shame because the Manager is great, but the rest of the operation is a complete shambles. Do yourself a favour and go literally anywhere else.”

  “I have had a great experience at KFC Woking. The food deals are fantastic for a burger. The place is very clean and has a great atmosphere. The staff are also very professional and courteous. Specially, team member Osama was very courteous and attentive, making the visit enjoyable. Overall, the combination of great food, cleanliness and outstanding staff behavior makes this KFC outlet highly recommended.”
