Customer Review Summary
Fish and chips lead the praise, with reviewers describing fish cooked fresh to order in a light crispy batter, flaky inside, alongside golden chips and portions so big that one large chips would have fed three. The homemade curry sauce is called the nicest one a diner has had in a chippy. Close behind come the Chinese dishes and noodle boxes, with a first-time customer singling out salt and pepper chicken and Pad Thai as lovely and good value. Staff are repeatedly described as friendly and helpful, and several reviewers have been returning since the shop opened. Large pre-orders earn particular credit: a church meal of 50 plus fish and chips and a family gathering order were both ready on time, hot, and updated along the way. The kebab is the recurring weak spot. One reviewer opened the box at home to find only the remains of a kebab, and another called theirs the worst they had ever had, so greasy they could still feel it the next day. The first reviewer still plans to return and explain what happened.
