  “This experience has forever changed my thoughts on food and life. Where do I even start, from a simple idea in 13th century italy. Mastered by James Hemings under vise of Thomas Jefferson, Hickory’s have somehow made something that is so earth shatteringly beautiful that I don’t know how i’ll ever look at food the same way. The 3am Mac and cheese, coupled with the original Mac and cheese was possibly the best meal i’ve ever had, this account has been created with the sole purpose of rating the best mac and cheese however this time i’m not just rating the best dish, i’m informing the world that this is the best thing I have ever put into my mouth. Hickory’s are pioneers, the kitchen workers have descended from the heavens to bless your tastebuds with the most deviantly delicious Mac and cheese that I have ever tasted. They deserve a raise, hell, they deserve my firstborn. Whoever concocted such a dish deserves everything they ever want, I hope your bed is always perfect temperature and that you make every green light for the rest of your days.   “Went for a quick bite to eat on Tuesday night. Been before, and it was as amazing as ever. Staff friendly, attentive, and working as hard as always. Wasn’t as busy as usual, but still a good atmosphere. Food was delicious, and service was relatively quick. Can’t fault anything about our visit.”

  “We came to Hickory’s to celebrate our upcoming wedding, the food and drinks were amazing, and the people couldn’t have been more lovely, they even gave us a bottle of Prosecco and donuts!! The nicest experience at a restaurant we have had in a long time, thanks so much we will definitely be back :)”

  “Food was absolutely absolutely appalling. Chicken was pink and stank as if of. When challenged with staff informed its just a burst vein and its supposed to smell that way. To avoid food poisoning we did not proceed any of the chicken served ( ordered chicken buckets on Tuesday). At the start of our dinner we where really looking forward to our food as atmosphere and staff service was really great. However even drinks we ordered ( famous soda's ) tasted full of artificial dies. Highly recommend to avoid chicken and blackberry soda. Also even in brisket meal where there was chicken leg served it was visibly pink and raw. We sadly would not be visiting this establishment again as was the most disappointing experience in very long time.Shame as did have great location and parking.”

  “We had the most wonderful and special experience at Hickory’s! We had just gotten engaged and stopped in for lunch to get out of the rain. When we were asked if we were celebrating a special occasion, we happily shared that we had just gotten engaged. From that moment on, the entire staff was so incredibly sweet and excited for us. Everyone kept stopping by our table to make sure we were enjoying our food and to congratulate us, which made us feel so welcomed and celebrated. The food was absolutely delicious, but honestly, it was the kindness and thoughtfulness of the staff that made the experience so memorable for us. Natalie especially went above and beyond. She chatted with us about where we’re from and our story, and then surprised us with the most beautiful tray of donuts, champagne, and glasses for us to take home and continue celebrating. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture that it nearly brought a tear to my eye. 🥹💞 Thank you so much to Natalie and everyone at Hickory’s for making such an already special day even more unforgettable. We will truly never forget the kindness you showed us and how welcomed and celebrated you made us feel. We’re so grateful! 💞”
