Customer Review Summary
Kebabs draw the most comment, with reviewers praising plenty of meat that is not dry, and one longtime regular says they still travel a long way for the takeaway. Close behind is a burger called the best one a reviewer has ever had, with fresh, crispy salad, while garlic bread and chips and cheese also get a nod. A few report delivery and collection running on time, and one calls it the cleanest takeaway they have been in. Pizza draws the sharpest criticism. One reviewer says it tasted cheap with ingredients that did not seem fresh, and another received deep pan pizzas that were too bready and heavy, then felt staff insisted they were the standard thin and crispy before bluntly asking if they wanted a replacement. Another reviewer describes dry doner meat from the day before, and a wrap is faulted for poor wrapping and too much onion. Chips are called not great. One notes delivery took a while but arrived within the estimate.

“Nothing worse than being sold dry Doner meat from day before mixed in with a bit of fresh top layer meat, absolutely awful and that's me never eating from a take away again, even my dog wouldn't eat it, the worst place I've ever gone.”

“I had a very disappointing experience with Toronto Pizza in Ince, Wigan. I paid £16 for a pizza and honestly it was nowhere near worth the price. The quality was extremely poor – the pizza tasted cheap, the ingredients didn’t seem fresh, and overall it felt like a complete waste of money. For £16 I expected something at least decent, but this was one of the worst pizzas I’ve had in a long time. It genuinely felt like I threw my money away. I would not recommend this place at all and definitely won’t be ordering from here again.”
