“Been coming here with my nan every wednsday-friday allways been lovely service since my nan passed away they have gone down hill, the curry sauce looks like its been made with tarmac and taste like pedigree chunk, the sweet and sour was sour and sweet,my main is normally a beef mushroom but the beef was like the packef beef from the asda and the rice was a disgrace it was more dry than my washing out of the dryer, there was one fella in the que he only asked how long his order will be and they said are you really that hungy just sit and wait that is poor standards,as soon as you walk in it smells like an ashtray”

“Been going here for years for Chinese meals. Last night I placed an order online it said delivery expected within an hour after an 1hour 15mins had passed I phoned to check where it was to be told they were busy and that they were waiting on the squid to be cooked. After another hour passed I phoned again to ask where delivery was to be told there really busy it's out with the driver now. Took another half an hour from the point of being told it was out with the driver. Eventually it turned up 2 and 1/2 hours from point of order and the salt and pepper chips and salt and pepper squid had been send as chilli coated squid and chilli coated chips. The crispy duck was tough and really chewy it had obviously been sat out in the warmer for hours before being delivered. After the previous wait I ended up eating the wrongly delivered squid and chips as I was starving and had no faith in the order being delivered correctly before they closed at 10pm. I will never be going here again or recommending to anyone after the appalling service.”

Customer Review Summary

Reviewers mostly describe orders that arrive wrong or short, with salt and pepper dishes the most repeated example. One diner received chilli coated squid and chips instead of salt and pepper, while another found the salt and pepper chips soggy and unseasoned, and the shredded chicken version just a box of onion and peppers. A steak pie dinner came as a meat and potato pie, a mixed grill arrived without sausage, gravy or peas, and a special curry had only two king prawns in a half full tub. Delivery waits well past the quoted time come up repeatedly, along with tough, chewy crispy duck, greasy food, and chips described as fry ups. Others mention dry rice, a smell like an ashtray, and loyal customers saying standards have dropped. One reviewer reports a driver throwing an order at the household, leaving a child with burns. Praise is rarer: a group of six on New Year's Eve called every meal cooked to perfection and received fortune cookies.
