    “Woman serving was rude and jobs worth. Refused to make my drink as I like it. I like my hot chocolate made with the dark chocolate rather than the powder. Staff in other M n S cafes make it for me quite happily. I'm always happy to pay the extra. This lady doesn't know that good customer service depends on being nice and polite. I've worked in plenty of cafes and restaurants and wouldn't dream of making customers feel bad about themselves for asking for something to be changed. Also so as I didn't buy anything so she lost M n S a sale.”
