“I am not biased or play favouritism, iv been going to aroma since I was 15 years old for Chinese takeaways, that is over 20 years and iv always loved the food the chef's cook, it is the only place that is able to cook (shanghai style chicken) their rice is white Everytime!. it's not cooked in oil or served in a metal container with a cardboard top. The service is very calm and thoughtful to the customer, (THE ONLY DOWNSIDE) is there has never ever been a delivery service HOWEVER! With food as good as theirs people from all over Northamptonshire still don't mind the travel to get their Chinese food from aroma regardless, as it speaks for itself. Remember this. My views on aroma is very accurate and I don't bulshit iv never been disappointed personally the food is fantastic the service is very professional I have also had a tour inside the kitchen and personally watched the chef's and the front of house staff all work together and clean the entire shop EVEN SWEEPING THE OUTSIDE AND BACK. So trust me when I say it's clean and tidy, honestly if your ever in wellingborough or just passing through please try this hidden gem of a restaurant/takeaway it's definitely a place worth visiting and Remember to toss a coin for good fortune in the wishing well.”

“The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Placed an order and collected my order with multiple items missing. When called to rectify or ask for a refund I was called a liar. Then had to drive all the way to receive the refund, when I arrived back not a single person spoke to me or addressed the issue or apologized. By the time I got home my food was stone cold. I have never been spoken to so badly over the phone by someone as this place did.”
