  “I’m sure this place is a good place to go but we had the unfortunate experience of having a very poor waiter. TLDR - made us wait 10 minutes to order and when I went to him after 10 mins (he was hanging around the bar) he said rudely you can’t order here I come to you. We waiting for another 5 minutes he didn’t come so we left - when we were seated there was no cigar menu and when we asked for one he rudely said you should have it in the menu and literally walked away Went to the terrace in San lorzenzo after and the service was beyond incredible Im sure this place is good but we were just paired with a poor waiter who doesn’t appreciate his work.”

  “Absoloutly awful. walked in waiter gave us a dirt look then sat us after walking off. took over 30 minuets to get his attention we ended up leaving”

  “Been here before and it's usually lovely drinks but service always lets it down. Had a booking and asked for a seat under the canopy - weren't seated under this but other people who came after us were. Took 30 mins to be served and then watched our drinks sit on the bar for a further 10 minutes. Ended up leaving due to poor service.”

  “Wow what service!! If you are looking for something like the terrace gin & cigar bar don’t bother- the staff are extremely rude, argue with you about how we had booked ( we booked via their website as suggested)! They grab your phone and then try to make out you are the problem. Very very disrespectful and very intimidating- sadly avoid at all costs.”

  “First time..Absolutely brilliant venue. Second time 24th April...absolutedly pants. despite booking..sat in the corner... no space...plenty of space...one drink. Similar experience a week earlier for another couple...dont recommend at all. Rubbish guys. Wont be back. Will stick to places that know how to treat customers.”

  “The young lady in black with the iPad and radio — absolute superstar. You’ve got a real gem on your hands. She was incredibly attentive, and the way she welcomed and looked after every guest was genuinely superb. This is exactly what great service should feel like. I watched her throughout the evening, and she treated every single person with warmth, a smile, and real care. The whole team — from the bar staff to the waiters — were brilliant, but she truly stood out. She deserves real recognition (and honestly, a raise). Experiences like this are what bring guests back. Well done to the entire team.”

  “Firstly the staff were absolutely lovely. The downside for me however is in winter with the roof on, it is fully enclosed which means that the smoke from the cigarettes can't escape, it was heavy with smoke with the nearby DJ did most of her set with a cig in her mouth. I felt like I was back in 2000s in a smoke filled pub, strange to allow it to still happen nearly 20 years after it was banned indoors. I feel sorry for any non smoking staff who can't escape, I left after 45 mins.”

  “Our severs Richard along with Ruby behind the Bar, were absolutely incredible! Great knowledge of their extensive cocktail and cigar range for the after drinks at Las Ramlas…we felt like we were at a luxury resort. 10/10 would recommend x”

  “Had my 30th Birthday at the Rooftop the other day and I couldn’t be happier with everything from the service to the atmosphere. I was able to make last minute changes to our table which really helped. We were greeted with glasses of Prosecco upon arrival and the staff were more than amazing. Words can’t explain how aesthetically pleasing the decor is too; from the fur blankets to keep you warm if needed, to the candles and fire pit, to hundreds of plants around. Zero complaints from me and everyone who came! Big shout out to the staff on the night, you were all amazing! 🫶🏻🔥🤎”
