  “A good meeting place. Good food, table service, a good place for a cuppa or to get cafe food. My only complaint would be it's cool if you're sitting for a while. Recommended.”

  “Well I must say I've been there twice and both times I was very disappointed with the breakfast. It came out cold, the only thing that was hot is the coffee and that was from a machine. I said to the server the food cold, she gave no apology and just took it back into the kitchen. I waited a few minutes and she brought out a new breakfast, and guess what that was cold too. It didn't help by being served on a cold plate. I would've been ok if they'd warmed it up in a microwave, but no they still served me cold food. I was literally the first customer as they opened at 8am and I went in at 8¹⁵. I was a bit dubious about going there again after the last time I went, but I thought I'd risk it. I thought going there after they just opened would either be good or it'll be bad. It was the latter. How can food be so cold when they'd only just opened the door. They clearly cook all the food the day before as the bacon had seen better days, and was all dry and a little over cooked and stone cold, beans had probably just been served from the tin and not seen any heat what so ever. That was the exact same problem a couple of years ago. I thought I'd try them again as the first bad time might have been an off day, but no I'm satisfied it wasn't an off day as today was equally as bad. As an ex chef myself I expect hot food to be hot served on hot plates. Not much to ask really. So for that reason I won't be back. My search for a decent fry up continues.”
