“We loved our evening at Stepping Stone. The welcome was enthusiastic and everyone was so smiley and friendy. I had the Hake which was utterly delicious and my friends both had the 3 fish medley which was equally good. I can highly recommend this buzzy restaurant for atmosphere and great food. “A lovely dining experience. We tried a walk in as we knew it gets booked up but couldn't call ahead - they were full but very kindly squeezed us in for a table of 2 as we had walked in right as they opened! The scallops starter was melt-in-your-mouth and served with a very tasty sauce that we dipped our complementary fresh warm foccacia in afterwards. Our mains were the Duck and Lamb with both being served with mash and we shared a bowl of roast veggies. Meat was very tender, veggies a good mix of soft and crunchy and the gravy really topped it off nicely. Overall, banging meal and really lovely staff who were attentive and kind!”

“A happy little accident is how we found the Stepping Stone. Nearly went to the takeaway next door , thankfully we didn't. Hadn't got a booking but they seated two of us straight away. Prawns to start we're a delight , we had chicken kiev and the lamb for mains both cooked to perfection. Fantastic staff & lovely atmosphere.”

“Stayed in Wadebridge for the weekend and were recommended this restaurant by locals .. unfortunately due to it’s popularity we couldn’t get a table for any evening sitting but managed a Sunday slot . Food was AMAZING. Staff are brilliant, three courses for £35 .. loved it .”
