Customer Review Summary
Diners mostly praise the curries, with flavoursome sauces and tender meat in the lamb korma and chicken tikka masala, and the peshwari naan called incredible. Close behind are the Bombay potato, pilau rice, lamb jalfrezi, chicken tikka naga and onion bhajis, which several describe as fresh and delicious. One diner calls the rice and tandoori roti superb. Service comes up repeatedly as friendly and lovely, and kids meals are mentioned as available. The caveat is the meat. One customer found the chicken in both takeaway meals too tough to eat and the Bombay potatoes hard. Another found the chicken a touch dry, and a third found the lamb or mutton strange and grisly in a sauce they disliked. One diner also missed the fruity flavours they expected in the veg naga. Even so, one family saved half their order for tea the next day.

“The food is definitely a cut above your usual local takeaway. Absolutely delicious and tasted very fresh. We were expecting your usual normal nice takeaway and were blown away. We had the lamb shashlik, lamb rogon, onion bhajis, veggie rice and garlic naan bread. Note the 5* hygiene rating too!”

“I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Literally the best curry I have ever eaten (and I eat a lot of curry)! The staff were absolutely amazing. Very clean environment. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed. Chicken tikka Naga and lamb jalfrezi were soooo good! :)”

“Came here as our usual Indian restaurant has received a zero hygiene rating and not disappointed. Excellent food. From onion bhaji to dhansak and tarka Dal, all excellent. Tasty. Good service. Recommended.”

“The meat (lamb? goat? Mutton?) tasted strange and was very grissly. The sauces the meat was cooked in was most ofd. We really didn't enjoy the food at all sadly 😔”
