This fun daiquiri tastes of a summer funfair. Bacardi carta blanca rum is infused with lime juice, candyfloss & raspberry schnapps, served with crushed ice and topped with candyfloss, marshmallow flump and "unicorn glitter".

Rustic punch is the perfect way to celebrate the arrival of summer. Orange triple sec, lemon juice, raspberry syrup and our in-house white zinfandel served over layers of fruit and ice decorated with delicate edible flowers.

Aromatic rose and sweet peach stir up memories of summer days. Archers peach schnapps, rose water, prosecco and a dash of lemonade is served garnished with peach slices, raspberries and rose petals.

Zesty but still slightly sweet, this long gin drink is very moreish. Gordon's gin is shaken with mint, lime juice and lots of ice then strained into our fun welly boot glass, filled again with ice, mint, cucumber spirals and apple slices before topping up with cloudy apple juice.
