  “We had a lovely meal at Harvester! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was exceptional from start to finish. A special mention to Jade, who looked after us brilliantly. She was friendly, attentive and couldn’t do enough for us. Nothing was too much trouble, and she really made our visit enjoyable. We honestly couldn’t fault the food or the service. Jade is a real credit to the team! Thank you for such a lovely experience. We will definitely be returning!”

  “We came to Harvester Swindon on a Sunday afternoon to celebrate my father-in-law's 80th birthday, with seven of us around the table. The restaurant was really busy, but our server Jade T was brilliant from start to finish. Despite having her hands full, she stayed upbeat, funny and attentive, and made us all feel well looked after. The food was great too. We ordered a good mix of dishes between us, and every plate was well cooked and enjoyed by everyone, so a big thank you to Izzy in the kitchen. It made for a lovely celebration, and we'd happily come back.”

  “Great food! The Rib eye steak, rotisserie chicken and the pork ribs were really good. And the chips. Unlimited salad and drinks were icing on the cake. Very friendly experience with Barry’s hospitality. We wanted to go to services during our roadtrip so glad we stopped here instead!”

  “We visited Harvester at around 10:45am, just before the lunch menu started. We were hoping to order lunch straight away, and from the moment we arrived, Freya (I hope I've spelt her name correctly!) made our visit a great one. She was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. She explained that we could take a seat, relax, and wait until the lunch menu opened before placing our order. As we had our toddler with us, she made sure we were comfortable and gave us plenty of space to settle in, which we really appreciated. Once the lunch menu became available, we ordered the Full Rotisserie Chicken, and it was absolutely fantastic – juicy, succulent, full of flavour, and cooked perfectly. We also ordered the 4-share starter selection with ribs, prawns, lamb hummus and calamari. The ribs were tasty, although a little difficult to eat. The prawns were excellent, the lamb hummus was delicious, and while the calamari was nice, it was a little oily. We've had better calamari at another Harvester, so that's one area that could be improved. What really stood out was Freya's customer service. She was extremely knowledgeable, answered all our questions about the different offers available, and patiently explained everything to us. She also handled an allergy concern for our baby with great care and professionalism, making sure we could all enjoy our meal with complete peace of mind. Overall, we had a fantastic experience. Great food, outstanding service, and a very welcoming atmosphere. Freya is a real credit to Harvester, and we'll definitely be returning. We'd happily recommend this Harvester to anyone looking for great food and exceptional customer service!”

  “Considering there was only a handful of people in for breakfast, most of the staff were sat down on their phones most of the time or looked like they’d rather be anywhere else. Our waitress was pleasant enough but the wait time for a basic breakfast was terrible, i didn’t track but we’d both managed to finish a coffee and Pepsi before the food arrived, clearly sat under a hot plate for ages, i could lay slabs with the scrambled egg, the sausages looked like they’d seen better days and it was missing the mushrooms, not the end of the world but you are paying for it so should expect it, we’d been waiting so long I couldn’t be bothered to send it back. The all you can eat breakfast was always lovely here but the whole place just needs a shake up.”

  “Visited the harvester this evening for a meal with my wife, the staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. Our server Josh was brilliant! Really knows how to read the room and his customers. The food was all perfect and compliments to chef Make! Will certainly be back again!”
