Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often praise the chicken shish with chips and onion rings, which one diner called perfect and delicious, while another singles out hot, fresh chips and the many sauces on offer. Friendly staff and its use as a late night spot come up repeatedly in the positive accounts. A visiting family said it beat the high-end restaurants they tried in London and returned late for supper when their child begged for it. One diner found the mixed kebab enjoyable but not the best, and suggested adding vegetables. The negatives are substantial. One reviewer reports dirty knives reused without proper cleaning and a rude manager when they complained. Another describes a chicken doner that smelled and tasted of fish, with no refund given. A third says a friend got sick after the mixed kebab. Others cite chewy chicken, old salad, small bland portions and a dispute over box sizes. One reviewer says an Uber Eats order was accepted and then cancelled, and that this had happened repeatedly.

“Edited:your reply saying you don't sell fish so this isnt true is wrong, this is google signs of off chicken. Signs of Bad Chicken Foul odors: A strong fishy smell means the meat has gone bad. I know you do not sell fish, the chicken smelled fishy because it had gone bad and you sold it anyway. Please smell a piece of your chicken donner and you will see what I mean. I did not call you because I tried to resolve through uber eats. But if you would like to refund me I will accept that. Ordered a chicken doner kebab and couldn't eat it as it smelled strongly of fish and tasted of fish. Absolutely disgusting. Wasn't even given a refund so wasted £11 on a kebab i couldn't eat. They will make people sick with their food.”

“I ordered on Uber Eats, Legends accepted the order, wasted 40 minutes of my time and then cancelled. Not the first, second or third time either.”

“Not worth the price chicken chewy, salad pretty old and service appalling, staff watching if you are looking before serving your food like they are using old chips just re-frying. Used to be good but standard have dropped massively”

“First time using this kebabs shop last Week Don’t bother tried to order for collection was told they don’t accept phone orders, we then went there and the older man ripped us off tried to say a burger box is a medium meat and chips then the medium box is a large. Like we all know the big box is a large, plus very expensive for what it is size is small flavour is bland. Clearly used to drunks who can’t taste the cheapness. EDIT: in response to your fabrications I’ve never had been to your shop prior and I never had chilli sauce or salad you are now fabricating to make your business look like its not at fault, you have no idea who I even am as I visited once you couldn’t even describe what I looked like so clearly you have someone else who owes you £30 or your just lying to look good for anyone reading your reviews 😂. If you can’t take criticism you shouldn’t be in business clearly especially with your passive aggressive response and fabrications. Shame on you, definitely no legends in your shop”
