Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often single out the salt and pepper chicken and chips, calling them tasty with lots of flavour, though one diner felt the chicken could use more flavour. Close behind are the Singapore fried rice, described as a large portion with generous mixed meat, and the duck, noodles and sweet and sour chicken. Several mention fast delivery, and a few praise friendly service, including one who asked for no veg and got it. The complaints are specific and recur. Two reviewers say the chicken ball batter was undercooked or greasy, one saying the recipe seemed to have changed. Others report very salty, bland chow mein with hardly any meat, a curry that was too sweet, and chips that looked reheated from the night before. One long-time customer reports raw chicken in a chicken chow mein, and says the order arrived far sooner than usual. A reviewer who called the phone staff unhelpful says the person on the line hung up on a question about the chicken balls.

“Been having a Lins for the last 6 years had no problems foods always been delivered within timely manner, always hot and has always been really nice, I ordered today and was very disappointed to find that the chicken in the chicken chow mein was raw! This isn’t acceptable by any means and it has put me off from ordering again! I ordered and the food was here within 20 minutes which’s got me thinking somethings got be wrong as it usually takes an hour or more for it to come it’s a good job I checked the food before actually eating it! Very disappointed”
