“I was recommended this place by a friend as I am not from Stoke and can honestly say it was an amazing experience. the food was great and the service was outstanding. I would highly recommend the gourmet burger it is 10/10.”

“Went to Chiccos last week. The place smelled nice and the ambience was good for Stoke, but that’s where the positives end. I ordered nearly £80 worth of food, and only when I was ready to pay did they tell me it was cash only. No warning, no sign, nothing. I also ordered a meal deal that includes two jugs of drink, but apparently they didn’t have any and tried to give me six small drinks instead. They offered a payment link but wanted to charge 10% extra, which is ridiculous. I refused and walked out. Won’t be returning.”
