“Ordered food on app it said order didn’t work but money went off card. Staff did not handle it asking me to wait?? I waited and nothing happened I had to ask twice if I was getting my food. Eventually went to another staff member who told me my order was not with kitchen. I had to reorder and pay again and check with bank over first payment. All this took ages and had to go for flight in the end. Staff need to handle it better and not leave me waiting when nothing was actually done.”
