About Creams Cafe Eastleigh
Creams Cafe Eastleigh is a dessert restaurant on Unit L11 in Eastleigh, drawing on its halal kitchen to serve a dessert-led menu. Pancakes and cookie dough sit alongside waffles, sundaes and patisserie cakes, with coffee and ice cream rounding out the offering, and a private dining room at the back for groups. The format covers eat-in, collection and delivery from the same kitchen, which can mean longer waits when delivery and in-house orders overlap. Orders are placed at the counter and the business runs as a walk-in throughout the day.

Customer Review Summary
Across these reviews, the cookie dough draws the strongest reaction, praised once for presentation but repeatedly called burnt, rock solid, and sickly. Service complaints dominate: abrupt plonked-down orders, long waits for sundaes and coffee, missing delivery items, and phones left off the hook. Several say they will not return.

“Not to bad the staff weren't all that great they were just get on and do the job to be honest this made the place feel a bit flat no buzz nothing like that. We ordered this took a while as the kids couldn't choose what they wanted then it seamed a while for then to come. They were ok nothing to blow your mind over and the price was great for what they were we can say we have been there but don't think we will be going again to that location to be honest”

“I found the service disappointing. Ordering felt abrupt, ordered items were plonked into the end of the table with no interaction, never to the person whose order it was. There were long delays between things coming leaving one of my group waiting 15 minutes after everyone else had their order. My coffee, which I'd expected to be one of the first items brought to the table was the very last, and was at the point we were just about ready to leave. In fact I had been seconds off getting up and asking for a refund on it. The food was as described and well presented so it's not all bad. However, there were only two other occupied tables and if they can't sort out basic table service etiquette when quiet then this place will ultimately fail as I can't imagine how they'd deal with more people.”

“35 minute wait for 2 sundaes and they weren't even good. It was not busy at all and staff didn't apologise or anything.”

“Probably only ordered from here a few times but twice we’ve been missing items. And the portion sizes aren’t great”

“Food was really good and beautifully presented. Such a shame that we had to cut our visit short and leave due to the arrival of a family with three children that persistently jumped on seats and screamed constantly. I found this extremely unpleasant but my daughter, who has autism and is wheelchair bound, could not tolerate the noise and was in pain due to this. I asked staff for a takeaway cup as we had not finished our drinks, and I explained the problem but they did not react or speak to the parents. We simply had to leave as it was unbearable and we will not return. We do not expect to sit in silence and my daughter does wear ear defenders, but the noise was so piercing and constant that it cut through them. The staff lacked control and had no ability to deal with such a situation that arose. Very disappointing.”
