  “I order from here regularly, usually over the phone or pick up. Today we tried delivery through the website. We ordered a wrap and a pizza. We selected vegetarian pizza with the addition of £1.50 for chicken. We selected tomato base, with comments stating make it chilli base as this was not an option and to add a pot of chilli sauce. Vegetarian pizza described on site as onions, mushrooms, fresh tomatoes, sweetcorn and green peppers. When we received the order, to our surprise, the pizza base was garlic and no chilli sauce available, no tomatoes or green peppers on the pizza. We then decided to call, and they were adamant it was chilli base. They passed the phone to the chef who said it is chilli base and that we will know when we taste it. We said it's clearly garlic base due to smell and the fact that our child was able to eat it without any issue. They kept coming back with it is chilli base not accepting any fault. Absolutely poor service, we even offered to send images but they kept saying you cannot see the base and can only taste it. Very frustrating and so we hung up the phone. Shocked at the staff after being a customer for so long.”

  “Awful awful. Hair found in my food and cold sausage when I got home I called them and they were so rude saying I never ordered from them and I have wrong number. He said when you give me your food back I’ll give you your money back appalling if he was thinking of giving this food to anyone”

  “Used this place for a few years and it's always been good,until last night. The combination Lamb donner and Chicken shish was disgusting and I had several bits of bone in the donner meat. Chicken was over cooked and very dry and didn't taste right. Also had a 1/4 pounder with Cheese which you could have snapped in half as the bun was so burnt and dry. Not sure what's happened but very disappointed with the food.”

  “Been using this establishment for the past 8 years and have never had a bad experience. There is a couple of fish and chip shops in the area and this one wipes the floor with the rest. The guys in the shop are really polite and over the years of knowing them they’ve never let me down on my order or the quality of food. The prices are reasonable and for what you get you cannot go wrong. Thank you so much for all your hard work guys and long may it continue.”

  “Every time I’ve been here they’ve tried or have short changed me. Food quality on last visit was bad so I won’t be using again. The new young boy at the till is lethal for short changing think he’s on commission only. So be aware. They seem to be out the back smoking quite a lot and I’m pretty sure washing their hands on the way back in is not high on the list of hygiene. I’m going elsewhere.”

  “I have ordered from here a fair few times and I've had no issues in the past. Tonight I ordered 2 chicken and mushroom pies for myself and a kebab for the other half. Anyway, I unwrapped the pies which were smothered in salt, that weren't so much the issue as they are individually wrapped. Fast forward, I cracked the top off 1 pie, a tad hard to crack but ok, anyway, I ate it, tasted a little weird but I ate it. Unwrapped the 2nd pie, cracked the top, and I got this almighty sour smell.. I move the filling over to then was like jelly snot and the base was rock solid my fork couldn't crack it, it was brown and looked like hard caramel. I realised the other pie I had eaten was the exact same. My fiancée checked the packets for dates and neither had dates on them. I physically feel sick and disgusted and with it being chicken I'm expecting to get food poisoning. I gave a 3 star for the pure fact my fiancée liked his kebab.”

  “Ordered a chef special kebab as I have done for the past 3 years. Opened the bag looking forward to my meal. As we do took a bit from box to eat as I put on the plates. Was struck with the strange taste and smell started to heave and ended up being sick, (bad lamb shish). Phoned and they offered to bring another, told them not shish it’s bad, just both doners pls. now past the thought of eating anything. My kebab arrived all £16.50 please see the photo a complete joke. Phoned back to be shouted at and told I was wasting their food, do me a favour you sold me the bad meat to start with. Poor delivery driver had to make 3 visits the last to bring back my money but if he looks on the bright side he will never ever have to come here again. Whatever happened to customer service it was your bad service and you shout at me. I have to say always liked your kebabs but never again”
