“I have been a customer here for over 8 years and always valued the service, but after my most recent experience I will not be returning. I arrived at 5:40pm, on the 19th September 2025, well within opening hours (closing time is 6:30pm). There was only one person waiting and two barbers available, yet I was refused service by the skinny barber. I didn’t argue or explain my situation, there was no point in trying to beg for a haircut, but I left disappointed, especially as I needed it for a work event the following day. This isn’t simply about one haircut. It’s about customer service, respect, and running a business consistently to the hours advertised. Closing early in practice, just because the owner is not there or turning people away without reason, reflects poorly on the shop’s standards. A side note to the owner: I hope you are aware of how some of your staff are treating long-standing customers. After nearly a decade of loyalty, to be dismissed like this is unacceptable. Unfortunately, you have now lost my business, and I imagine others will feel the same if this behaviour continues.”
