Quick info
About The Clubhouse
The Clubhouse is a sports bar in Sheffield, at 13 London Rd, with many TVs showing live football and other sports. WingKing Wednesday is its wings night, giving midweek a food focus for anyone who wants to eat while they watch. A single pool table and a few fruit machines sit alongside the screens for a game between matches. The bar serves cocktails and a wide selection of beers, and the pub food menu is extensive enough to cover a full meal. Dogs are welcome, so owners can bring theirs along. The bar gets busy during football matches and on certain days of the week, and Sunday evenings are quiet once the football is over.

Customer Review Summary
Friendly staff are the most repeated draw at this sports bar, described as down to earth, kind and genuine, with service called quick and one reviewer praising the cocktails. Pub food comes next, called delicious and well cooked, with WingKing Wednesdays singled out. A few also mention the great selection of beers, the pool table and the many screens for football. Matchdays get really busy, and one reviewer found an hour of football chanting too much. Another says it is as quiet as a cemetery on a Sunday evening once the football is done. A longtime regular says police involvement dispersed the crowd and hurt the atmosphere, though service is now quicker. One reviewer reports a customer went after the chef with a pool stick and shouted racial slurs, with police called and the chef staying professional. Smaller complaints include the table layout at an event and no loo roll in the men's.

“Don't know about the food & service but on a Sunday evening when the football's done it's as quiet as a vast cemetery.”

“It WAS a lot better before the Police and their killjoy ways got involved. Problem now is, they've dispersed the crowd instead of keeping them all in one place, socialising being happy. You can get served quicker, for now, but at the expense of atmosphere and custom. Proper great boozer there, been houng there for years”

“WingKing Wednesday's are the one. ⚡ Apart from one of the punters trying to attack (with a pool stick) and shouting racially slurs at the wing kings chef doing his job by serving customers, it was a nice atmosphere until then. Police where called upon, but the Wing King kept his cool and kept things professional.”

“Down to earth and friendly bar staff, extremely delicious pub food, and a great selection of beverages! It has a singular pool table, a few bandits, I don't know how many TV's to watch football 🤣 but it's a great Bar/pub for any type of night out. It does get really busy during football matches and certain days throughout the week, but if you time it right, it can also be a quiet place to chill!”
